Great Location with Room for Improvement
The ocean view from my room was stunning, and I loved the proximity to the boardwalk, making it easy to enjoy the beach. The room was spacious, but cleanliness was lacking, with fingerprints on the glass and some used towels folded as new ones. It would really help if room service paid more attention to cleaning details.

Had an amazing time! The Spinach Salad was a stunning presentation and tasting it was delightful. Also, Chef Sovann Sot addressing our soup concern was a nice touch. Can't wait to go back!

Direct access to the boardwalk makes it super convenient for a stroll or grabbing a bite. The casino vibe strikes a nice balance—comfortable, easy to navigate with plenty of new machines to keep things interesting.
Check-in can feel a bit like a surprise party when they hold a hefty amount on your card without warning. The Ocean Tower Deluxe Double Room had some outdated furnishings and a cleanliness issue that wasn’t exactly up to par, along with some persistent tobacco smells in the hallways. Plus, good luck with the pool; it was closed for renovations, which was a letdown when you’re looking to unwind after a long day on the boardwalk. Security felt lax at times in quieter areas, potentially making some guests uneasy while navigating around. This mix of pricing and last-minute adjustments didn’t quite match expectations for a hotel at this price point.

The stay was chosen for a family getaway and our excitement quickly turned to frustration. While the room was spacious, we were incredibly disappointed with the cleanliness; the glass and surfaces were not properly sanitized, with fingerprints everywhere. The location was a highlight as it was conveniently close to the boardwalk and other attractions like Steel Pier. the overall service left much to be desired, with delayed responses about room issues and unfulfilled requests for extra towels. Despite these setbacks, we did enjoy being able to easily explore the nearby attractions.

What a charming, cozy hotel! Valet parking was a breeze, and I adored the beach stroll with my daughter and son-in-law. The casino was lively, and the restaurants were absolutely delightful!
But honestly, the reception line was a test of patience—like waiting for tea to steep! And my view?

The location near the boardwalk is fantastic. I loved the ocean views from my room. they were breathtaking. The staff greeted me warmly and were always willing to help, which added to the overall positive vibe. My room was spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I had a great time at Gallagher's Burger Bar. their happy hour is a must-try. However, I was disappointed with the limited dining options. Some restaurants were closed during my stay, which made it hard to find food after a long day out. The casino atmosphere was pretty smoky, not great for non-smokers like me. I also faced some issues with my room shower leaking, which was frustrating. Despite these hiccups, my overall experience was still enjoyable as I appreciated the stunning views and attentive service.

The location was phenomenal—right in the middle of the action, with breathtaking ocean views that made it feel like I was on a tropical getaway, minus the sunscreen application. The beds were so comfy that I felt like I was drifting on a cloud made of marshmallows, and the staff was friendlier than a pack of puppies at a pet store!
